All Chain and Associate Members in good standing with NACDS are invited to register and attend the Annual Meeting.

Chains

Chain Registration is intended for those individuals who are affiliated with NACDS Chain member companies and/or companies which operate retail stores/pharmacies.

Associates

Associate Registration is intended for those individuals who are affiliated with NACDS Associate Member Companies engaged in supplying goods or services to the profession of pharmacy, the drug industry, retail drug stores or other for-profit community retail pharmacies.

Registration Fees

Chain Member (Domestic & International)
$3,300 per person (includes spouse/companion)

Associate Member (Domestic & International) 
$6,000 per person (includes spouse/companion)

This fee covers all business programs and social activities. Daily registration and one-day passes are not available.

Only registrations accompanied by full payment (check or complete credit card payment information) will be processed. All Cancellations must be submitted by March 6, 2026 to be eligible for a refund less a 25% administrative fee. No refunds will be available after March 6, 2026.

Complimentary spouse/partner registration is available and includes participation in The NACDS Luncheon, NACDS receptions, and social functions that are open to all attendees. A spouse/partner wishing to participate in business meetings and activities must purchase an individual registration badge.

Individuals over 21 years of age must be registered and pay the full registration fee. Individuals under 21 years of age must be approved by NACDS.

Cancellations

Registration cancellations must be received in writing using this cancellation form and are considered official on the date they are received at NACDS. Cancellations made by Friday, March 6, 2026, will receive a refund, less a 25% administrative fee per registrant. Refunds, if applicable, will be made after the meeting. No refunds will be made for cancellations received after Friday, March 6, 2026.

Substitutions

Registrations may be transferred from one company representative to a substituting representative from the same company before the start of the show without penalty. Registration substitutions must be submitted in writing using this official substitution form.
