NACDS’ priority is to conduct the Annual Meeting in accordance with official government, local authorities, and venue specific regulations and recommendations; as well as what NACDS deems is appropriate. NACDS reserves the right to change, update, or add to these guidelines at any time as it deems prudent to best protect the health and safety of our attendees, colleagues and industry partners.

Attendee safety is our priority for the Annual Meeting. NACDS has implemented enhanced security measures for access to The Breakers Hotel. All individuals must present a valid form of identification at the security gate entrance to The Breakers, where their Annual Meeting registration will be verified. Individuals not registered for the Annual Meeting will be denied access to The Breakers. Our goal is to ensure a secure and successful Annual Meeting for all.

Attire for the NACDS Annual Meeting is Resort Casual with the following exceptions:

Monday, April 19 – The NACDS Luncheon
Men: Business Attire
Women: Dressy Daywear

Tuesday, April 20 – Board of Directors Reception & Dinner
Men: Business Attire
Women: Cocktail/Dressy Evening Separates

No. In lieu of shuttle service, NACDS will provide complimentary valet parking at The Breakers during the Annual Meeting.

Only registered attendees can access the locked portions of the website. You will need to get the login information from one of your registrants. Their username is their email address. We do not have access to passwords. If they are unsure of their password, they can use the “Forgot/Set Your Password” link on the login page to reset it.

During the registration process, you will have the ability to “Add a Companion” after entering your first registrant. If you have already completed the registration process, but need to add a spouse/partner, please email registration@nacds.org.

Please submit a Cancellation Form or Substitution Form as soon as possible. All cancellations and substitutions must be made in writing and are considered official on the date they are received at NACDS headquarters. The Cancellation and Substitution Forms are available on the Register page.

A limited amount of private event space is available during the Annual Meeting. Requests for space should be made in writing to Toni Gonzalez at tgonzalez@nacds.org and include date, time, and number of people expected to attend the event.
